Cooking Class Description: Participate in a culinary tour of the Southwest where you will learn to use traditional flavors to prepare Avocado and Shrimp Salad and Black Bean Tostadas. Additionally, the menu includes preparation of Dessert Nachos topped with fresh fruit and a Mexican Chocolate Sauce.
What To Expect: In our classes, you’ll collaborate with students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional instructors to prepare and cook a menu from a specific cuisine. You will be instructed in basic cooking skills.
• You will work with other students in groups of 2, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 3 hours which include time to dine in. Take home your creations is optional.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students.
• You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back. An apron is provided to use during the class.
• Students receive a coupon good for 15% off Pineapple Kitchen in-store purchases on the day of class.
